top 10 things you should do while at mississippi state

1. eat breakfast at city bagel at least once a week
2. find a church home and get involved in a campus ministry
3. spend as much time as you can on the drill field and in the junction
4. take random road trips (even if they don't seem practical)
5. "study" in the union or barnes and noble, you'll see more people
6. when you see people and say "oh we have got to hang out" right then make plans with them, you'll be glad you did
7. join an organization that sparks your interest and pour your heart into it. it will be the best/worst thing you'll do in college
8. spend time in the chapel of memories
9. get to know jimmy abraham
10. enjoy every minute of living in bulldog country

one day when sarah and i were dreaming about our weddings i told her i wanted yellow bridesmaids dresses and sunflowers.
she looked at me and said, "i don't look good in yellow."

this weekend at the box office

saturday i went to see eat pray love in greenville with my boss it was great. the movie itself was a little slow, but the photography was beautiful.

another trip around the sun

twenty three. that's really hard to believe.
this is the cake from my birthday party friday afternoon at work.

saturday afternoon, drew and carrie rolled in with sushi from umi in a cooler (as some of you are aware we don't have sushi in greenwood, so i was so excited, "i sobbed").
then rach, erika and katie got to the house and we went to "the help" book reading downtown.
viola, octavia, ahna, chris and bryce read their parts from the book. they did an awesome job.
it is so cool to see how much this book (and hopefully this movie) has really touched people.

then about 25 of us went to nola (a resturant in indianola to eat supper).... in a limo. thank you wanda girl.
so thankful to have such wonderful friends.
